Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are incredibly important to us, that is why we reserve a time just for you.  We do understand that scheduling conflicts may arise; therefore we request a 48 hour notice of all cancellations.  Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment  without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  This policy allows us to give the best experience to our guests and to keep our schedule on time!

Late For Appointment  Policy

 

 

We realize things occasionally happen.  If you believe you will be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please call.  It may be likely that we will have to reschedule your appointment for another time to respect other guests time.

**All Stylists are Independent contractors, so discuss with your styist their in depth cancellation policy!

Salon Visitors

 

Although our waiting area is cozy, we do ask that you refrain from bringing more than one additional guest.

We also understand that circumstances may arise with childcare, but in order for VIBE to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for the guests and the other stylists we ask that you please leave your children at home.  We are constantly using chemicals and hot and sharp tools.  Thank you so much for understanding!
